Our Commitment to Quality
Every order from Jhojhy is baked fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients and care. Because our products are perishable and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, we want to make it right. Please contact us at hello@jhojhy.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) and packaging
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made within 2 hours of purchase and before preparation has begun. Once your order enters preparation, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Cookie Cakes
Custom cookie cake orders require a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. Because each cake is designed and made exclusively for you, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming.
Late or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@jhojhy.com. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
