Returns & Refunds Policy

Every order from Jhojhy Cookies is made fresh by hand with care and intention. Because our products are perishable and made to order, our return policy reflects the nature of artisan food products.

Fresh Cookie Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the quality you expect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jhojhy.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom Cookie Cakes

Custom cookie cake orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date to receive a store credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding and event orders are governed by a separate service agreement established at the time of booking — not by this standard returns policy. All deposit, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Please refer to that document or contact us directly with any questions.

Deposits secured through our Weddings & Events booking are non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of the event date. For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, deposits may be applied to a future booking.

Allergen Disclaimer

Our kitchen works with wheat, eggs, and dairy. Please review all product descriptions carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to allergen sensitivities that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
