Our private culinary experiences bring two Michelin-kitchen trained chefs into your world. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering, planning a private event, celebrating a milestone, or simply want to learn something real — we design every session around you.

The Chefs

Chef Jhojhy trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and built her career in some of the city's most celebrated kitchens — Le Cirque, Perry Street under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and the St. Regis Bal Harbour. Her specialty is pastry, baking, and the kind of precision that only comes from years in fine dining.

Chef Viktor brings over 20 years of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants, AAA Four Diamond hotels, and Forbes-recommended properties in New York and Miami. A culinary team member at James Beard Foundation events alongside Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef Marcus Samuelsson, he has led kitchens at Aquavit, Le Cirque, the Russian Tea Room, Faena Hotel, and  Starr Restaurant group in Bal Harbour, Miami.

What to Expect

Every experience is private, intimate, and entirely custom. We work with you in advance to understand your interests, your guests, and your vision — then we build something around that. No two sessions are the same.

Experiences are available for private groups, special occasions, corporate events, and yacht settings throughout South Florida.
