Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jhojhy Cookies. Because our cookies are crafted fresh in small batches by hand, please review our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Florida only. We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time. Local delivery and in-store pickup are available for Miami and South Florida customers.

Order Processing

All orders are baked fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Timeframes

We ship via expedited carriers to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible. Estimated delivery within Florida is 1–2 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All cookies are vacuum-sealed at peak freshness and packaged with care to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to maintain quality during transit.

Perishable Items

Our cookies are made with real, organic ingredients and no preservatives. We recommend consuming fresh cookies within 7 days of delivery. Frozen cookies should be stored in the freezer and baked within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jhojhy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding cakes, custom cookie favors, and event dessert bars are not subject to standard shipping terms. All wedding and event orders are fulfilled under a separate service agreement confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery, setup, and logistics are coordinated directly with the client and/or venue.
